Prices
Our online catalogue lists two prices for each product: FOB and Wholesale.   

FOB prices are for delivery of the products to the port or airport in Callao, Peru. Shipping costs from Callao to your warehouse are the purchaser’s responsibility and are not included in the FOB price. We are experienced in finding you the cheapest way to ship your order. We can calculate an indicative figure for you on request. Please contact us for an estimate.   

Wholesale prices include shipping to your destination. The wholesale prices in the online catalogue are for shipping to an address in the continental United States. If you are shipping elsewhere, please contact us for the wholesale price at your location.   

Packing and Handling
All orders are charged a flat fee for packing and handling. FOB orders are charged US $180 and Wholesale orders are charged US $25.   

Import Taxes
The purchaser is responsible for the direct payment of all import taxes.   

Minimum Purchase
DeltArts accepts orders with a minimum of US $3,000 for FOB and US $400 for wholesale. Orders can be made up of different products, but there is a minimum number of items per order for each product. Unless otherwise noted in the online catalogue, the minimum number of each item is 10 for an FOB order and 3 for a Wholesale order.   

We can make exceptions to the minimum item requirements for high value orders. We may also be able to meet other special requests. Please contact us to discuss these possibilities.   

Timing of Delivery
As products are produced on order, delivery time depends on the product and the size of the order. As a general rule, FOB orders take up to 3 months to fill and wholesale orders take up to 4 weeks to fill. Once you have made an order, we will keep you informed on the delivery date of your order. We will also try to accommodate urgent orders if possible.   

Terms of Payment
We require full payment at the time the order is placed for all orders under US $1,000.   

For larger orders, we require payment of 50% at the time the order is placed and 50% when products are ready for shipment.   

Payment can be made by Pay Pal or by bank transfer. We have bank accounts in Peru, the Netherlands and the United States. Please contact us for bank transfer procedures.
